Pricing FAQs
Is there an onboarding or setup fee?
No. Onboarding is completely free. You only pay a percentage of the rent once a tenant is placed and rent starts flowing.
What happens when the property is vacant?
We charge zero management fee during vacancy. You only pay when rent is actively being collected.
Who pays the maintenance costs?
Maintenance costs are paid by you (the owner) for structural repairs. Minor day-to-day fixes may be deducted from the tenant's security deposit per the agreement.
What is the minimum contract period?
We ask for a minimum 11-month engagement.
Is GST applicable?
GST at 18% applies on our management fee as per Indian tax regulations. This will be clearly shown in your monthly invoice.
